If you want to send your equipment to repair, the address of our technical support service is:

Inside the box, please indicate: 

- The trouble with your item.
- If the product is under warranty, please enclose a copy of the purchase invoice.
- Your personal data (name, address, ID number, telephone, e-mail).

Upon receipt of your package, it will be sent to our service that will undertake a technical report on the repairs to be made on your product. We will send you a previous quote for approval.

Once your device is in our technical department and no breakdown is detected, we will charge you for the cost of a revision. 

TINYLOC will support the shipment cost for repairs IN WARANTY. We do not accept any parcel sent as COD (Cash on Delivery) (for exceptional situations we would refund only 10.00 €). For repairs under warranty you should get in contact with us and ask for a pick up warrant. Immediately we will send our courier agency to collect the parcel.
