Why the dog I'm looking for does not appear in blue on my device?

To view your dog and get his position on the map (violet blue), you should check your receiver:

OPTIONS RBT/GPS/INFOGPS.

This screen shows, among other information, the time your tablet should show, considering the time difference. (The time displayed on the receptor’s screen corresponds to the zone GMT 0). (Figure 1)

To perform this time synchronization on your tablet and internet connection, you will need to go to SETTINGS / DATE AND TIME and click on date and time automatically. Once clicked, wait for the device to indicate the same time as the receiver. (Figure 2)

We also advise you to check if your time zone is the one corresponding to your region. To do it you must go to SELECT TIME ZONE GMT +01.00 standard and indicate Zone Central Europe.

With this action the time of both devices (receiver and tablet) will be the same (according with your time zone area) and also when searching one of your collars , it will become blue violet when the receiver finds it.
