What can I do if I cannot register the collar?

Firstly, check if the batteries of the receiver and the batteries of the transmitters are the right ones.

Then, be aware you could only register the collar in the next 30 seconds after you switch it on. The light indicator of the collar blinking red and green will warn that you are within the period of registering the collar.

If the light of the collar is flashing red, you will have to turn off and on again and repeat the process above indicated.

In case it is not possible to register, you will have to do it manually with the TIN code, you must have always noted not only for your own receiver, but also whether you share it with other people to find a specific animal.

If you do not have the TIN code, maybe because is the first register or because you did not take note of it, please contact our Technical Department to provide it from the serial number (s/n) of the collar you will have to provide us.
