The collar should be loaded in environments where the temperature should be higher than 5ºC and lower of 40 ºC. Otherwise the battery of the collar will not charge. The collar will indicate with a slow blink of the red LED that is not making the charge.
Disconnect the collar and connect it again inside the house or in a place isolated from cold and heat.
From Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm GMT+1 (Madrid, Paris).
Friday: 8.00 am to 2.00 pm
