To get the TIN code, you should have registered your collar firstly automatically.
Get into menu > name of the collar > information about collar, you will find the TIN code. Please write it down, you will need to enter it manually in any other receiver.
From Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm GMT+1 (Madrid, Paris).
Friday: 8.00 am to 2.00 pm
