No, we must charge the collar in a place where the tempereture should be higher than 5ºC and lower of 40ºC. The collar will indicate with a slow blink of the red LED that is not making the charge.
Disconnect the collar and connect it again inside the house or in a place isolated from cold and heat.
From Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm GMT+1 (Madrid, Paris).
Friday: 8.00 am to 2.00 pm
