USE The receiver transforms the transmitters’ electromagnetic signal into an acoustic and digital signal and reads its intensity. Identifying the strongest of all the signals received allows to identify in which direction the transmitter is located and, then, find the animal wearing it. CHARACTERISTICS The receiver is fully portable, hardwearing and easy to use. Its small size means it can be operated with one hand The unique detection system developed by TinyLoc is called DDC (Digital Direction Control). The DDC is a numeric value on the transmitter that helps easily find the right direction while eliminating inconvenient bounces on the field. Automatic digital calibration allows the transmitter and receiver to be perfectly tuned, considerably improving performance. BATTERY LIFE The device uses 4 standard AA batteries with a life between 25 and 50 hours. A symbol on the display indicates when the batteries are running out. WEIGHT The receiver weights 440 grams (15.5 ounces). CHANNELS The receiver has more than 2,700 channels MEMORIES The R1.10 receiver has 10 memories. It receives more than 2,700 channels 10 transmitters of which can be memorised, identifying the name of the animal on the display.
